Trivia[]
- This episode features a new visual format with full character portraits instead of character busts to better visualize the throne room.
- Due to the graphic nature of the book, this is the first podcast designated “Omega-Prioris” and explicitly warns minors not to listen, including Boy.
- The author of the book, Ian Watson, did write the screenplay for Steven Spielberg’s (Here referred to as “Steve Spielman”) film A.I. He was also an associate of director Stanley Kubrick. Kubrick’s line “Who knows, Ian? Maybe this [book] is my next movie?” comes from Watson’s blog, though it is uncertain if Kubrick actually got around to reading the book.
- A number of jokes, particularly Draco's "Love Quest" being finally over, are a reference to Christian Weston Chandler, who uses that exact phrase multiple times in the Sonichu webcomic series. This is the second oblique reference to CWC and Sonichu since Episode 11.
- Thlyy'gzul'zhaeell's artwork appears to be that of Mayor Brimstone's. Whether or not they are one and the same has yet to be confirmed by Alfa.
