Karl the Deranged, also known as the "Oh Shit I Died" Guy, is a cast member of If The Emperor Had a Text-To-Speech Device. He plays numerous voice acting roles, but also assists in animating the show from Season 2 and onward.
In a Q&A episode, Karl claimed to be the Emperor's previous chef, and sent an envelope full of Nurgle's Rot to show how disgruntled he was.
Karl has his own show that crosses over with the series called "Chaos Descends".
